Compliance Guarantee Program
Airway Labs is pleased to offer a Compliance Guarantee Program for appliances fabricated within our in-house lab. All Airway Labs fabricated appliances have a minimum one year warranty and a 60 day compliance guarantee.
Within the first two months (60 days from shipment date) of a patient’s trial, Airway Labs will credit your account, upon return of an appliance. This is valid after all possible modifications have been made to suit the patient’s request.

Airway Labs will repair or remake your TAP appliance for any defect in fabrication or materials at no charge, if within the warranty period from the original shipment date. This does not include dental work, staining or discoloration, or loss or damage to the appliance by negligence of the patient.
Airway Labs offers an extended three year warranty for an additional charge for dreamTAP and TAP 3 cases. You can select this option on the RX form for your case. Please contact an Airway Labs customer service representative for more information.
